CUBA: FURTHER INFORMATION: AUTHORITIES FAIL TO RELEASE ARTIST AS
PROMISED: DANILO MALDONADO MACHADO

Cuban graffiti artist Danilo Maldonado Machado remains in prison after
the authorities failed to uphold their promise to release him by 15
October. He is a prisoner of conscience and must be released immediately
and unconditionally.
